Tips for adding StumbleUpon badges

Easily submit content to StumbleUpon and start enjoying additional traffic
First Register at stumbleupon 

 Go settings ----------> Tools and Services -------------->Stumble Badges

• Log in to your blog and go to Settings > Layout > Edit HTML
• Check the box for "Expand Widget Templates"
• Find the following line... <p><data:post.body/></p> - it should be around line 663; to find it more easily, copy the entire code and paste it into a text editor. Do a text search (Ctrl+F) for: <data:post.body/>
• Replace it with the code above. Copy the entire code again and paste it back on the blog.
• Click on "Save Template"
• Click on "View Blog" to see how your blog looks now with the SU badge on it. 

Adding a custom URL to the badge

 

To target a URL other than that of the page on which the badge is displayed, you may use the "URL to share" option below the badge code, or manually add the desired URL to the script src in the following format: "&r=<http://yoursite.com>".
